Margaret Lastick

Owner Margaret Lastick, has received intensive training from Sebastian Cannone of the French Pastry School in Chicago, IL. She also attended the renowned Johnson and Wales Culinary School in Rhode Island, as well as the Maid of Scandinavia in Minnesota. Her passion began with sculpture at the early age of 16.

 

With the influence of her grandmother (a 19th century baker for Emperor Franz Joseph in Vienna) Margaret embraced her royale heritage of first-class baking style. As a result of the European old-world traditions of her grandmother’s, Margaret’s driving creative influence was demonstrated by her determination to seek out the very best quality products.
